Getting a job at Disneyland, how hard will it be?

I live in Orange County, Ca. I've always wanted to work at Disneyland! I pass pretty well but I'm a little worried. I'm part time and my drivers license is still my male Picture. I'm changing it today I think. I have a gender neutral name so that's good. I'm aware that Disneyland has a policy for male employees that your hair can be no longer than your ears(or something like that) but if I just apply to the job in femme, after I get my new license. What are my chances of getting hired? I really want to work there but it's just a little intimidating. Any thoughts? Advice?

Disney companies are very incredibly accepting. Disneyworld has a policy in place for trans people I believe Disneyland does as well. Good luck!

Well, I don't want to be a character. I'd be happy with just a cast member position (vending, tickets, in a shop, a ride operator, anything!! Lol.) I really hope they hire me 🙁

I've wondered about this exact thing. Have sometimes toyed with the idea of getting some random CM job at Disney since my mom lives down in the Orlando area and I am here right now. I was also a bit unsure of the boy's hair requirements and how that applies to an MTF. Good to hear they have a policy for transpeople in place.
