wanted to say hello to you all and am glad to be here. Im a preop TS woman from Iowa. Been on hormones now about 2 1/2 years, work in customer service now quite awhile. Just happy to be here and know that Im not alone in this world.

Welcome to our little family. Over 4800 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
