here is an old instance of this happening in England back in 1920s I think when a women was wooed by a person who made excuses of 'having it shot away in WW1' to avoid exposing 'his' genitals but it turned out she was fully female who lived as male but whether she was FtM TS or just a lesbian is not known at this date.
