THE BEST PIZZA'S EVER!
We all love our pizza and as a chef for over 25 years i have made many many Pizza's.
This is my all time favorite recipe and im going to pass it on to everyone here.
First take a can of 7up and pour it into a bowl whisk it for about 2 minutes then let sit over night.
11/2 cups of 7up ( room temp ) i heat it in the microwave for about 30 sec
11/2 tbs dry active yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp of vinegar ( gives crispy crust )

let sit for 10 minutes

then add in a seperate bowl
3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp oregano and basil
add to the 7up mixture and kneed for about 15 minutes
let sit in glass bowl untill doubled in size then take out and place in pizza pan and form it.
let it rise again then pat down into shape you want
add your fav sauce and topping cook in 450 degree oven till your desired crispiness.
Sauce:
1 small can of hunts tomato paste
1/2 tsp of red hot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fresh crushed garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 can of water ( i use the paste can )
1 tsp oregano and basil each fresh herbs are the best.
cook on low temp for 20 minutes and let sit in fridge till cool
i like to make the sauce the day before.
