I swear that E makes it harder to lose weight. Back in the pre-E days, I was super active and could control my weght sooooo easily. Now, I crave the same nasty greesey stuff I did pre-E, but I have a real hard time losing anything. I did a 1200 cal diet from November to December and lost 8 lbs, but then I fell off the wagon. I'm 5'10" and 155 lbs, but I'd still like to shed at least 10.
Anyone ever try MyFitnessPal? It's a calorie tracker for smartphones, and you can set a diet that is pretty easy to stick to.
