Concerning Oral Sex

I'm a pre-op and some men think I am a bio woman and tell me they want to do oral to me. I was just curious to know with the neo-vagina, is it possible to do that without SMELL problem. Cos I did hear the neo-vagina stinks really bad even you clean and wash it well, is that true? Cos if ever I manage to operate I'd really very embarassed if my partner was going that to me and smells something even I washed it. And one thing more, do you even feel something and have sensations when your partner does oral to you?

Short answers yes and yes

Slightly longer answer is that the smell issue depends to some extent on which type of SRS you have.

It is most notable with the colon cut procedure. Certainly with the penoscrotal or penile inversion provided you keep the hygiene right and take steps to encourage a healthy bacterial balance by use of probiotic pessaries there is no reason why there should be any smell. I know from things people have said that my smell is pretty natural.

With the colon procedure I believe there can be some odor issues but I also understand that they can be managed.

As regards sensation, without getting into inappropriate levels of detail I am fully sensate and any erotic contact is very pleasant.

SG:

There is only a smell problem if you don't wash regularly.  Just the same as the rest of your body.  A womans vagina, GG or post-op, will have a natural odor, that is slight, if kept clean.  For most women, and their partners, it is not a problem.  In fact, just the opposite  :D.

These days, most vaginaplasty is performed using the penile inversion technique.  That is the safest and least invasive type of procedure.  However there is another technique that uses a section of the sigmoid colon as the neo-vagina.  This technique requires two surgeries, one to harvest the sigmoid colon from the abdomen and the other is the vaginaplasty, using the harvested colon.

This method is not used as often.  One side effect of using the colon, however, is a rectal odor that may remain for several months following the procedure.  That may be referring to what you have heard.  Eventually this odor does go away as well.

Let me assure you that you can have plenty of very nice sensations down there!  The creation of the neo-clitoris preserves some of the sensate nerves of the glans and vaginal penetration can message the prostate and create an orgasm as well.  And like most women, a partners sensitivity, technique, and patience, help bring fulfillment.

I had the inversion procedure a LONG time ago and the aroma (and taste  :o  from what I am told) is the same as any GG.

From my discussions with GGs over the decades I believe I have MORE sensitivity than average (for a GG).

Where on earth did you get this idea?
Neo-vaginas only smell if:
a) the person has had a vaginocolon procedure
b) they are a grub and don't regularly wash their mimsy
c) they have an infection

And to the last question, yes, my clitoris and labia minora are so sensitive that I can barely touch them.

I am on my 10th day of being post-op now.
Currently for me, my Clitoris and Labia Minora are very sensitive. I still have a large amount of swelling to go down, I can actually walk normally and have had the stitches removed today. With me, in terms of sensation, I don't believe that to be a problem because I am already very sensitive (to the point that when the catheter and packing were removed, I was screaming in agony) which is very rare for someone to have that much feeling in that part of the body 5 days after it was operated on. Apparently I have a fast recovery time. And my body is regrowing everything and healing very fast. (So I was told by my doctor) Even though I currently have Measles *sigh* And recovering from an SRS

Cosmetically, my Neovagina is already looking quite good, the swelling is reducing relatively fast or so I'm told.
In terms of smell, the only disgusting smell I have is that of my urine, but so soon after SRS, no doubt that would be the case.

Doesn't help me.

Then something is wrong; see your doctor.
If you're drinking enough fluids, your urine should be almost clear and pretty much odourless.

Urinary catheters generally induce some urinary tract infection. It should clear up. But as Vexing says, you need to keep drinking water.

Though, since you have measles, you might mention your concerns about your urine to your Dr.

i had an odor problem 5 weeks after and it was VERY fishy.  i was actually HAPPY at first because i FINALLY SMELLED like a genetic female but it became annoying.  i tripped out one of my friends because she assumed i was a transsexual but that smell confused her.  i dont ADMIT to being a transsexual to ANYONE but a lot assume and that smell confused the hell out of her.  she didnt say anything but girl where is that smell coming from and i said " damn i hope i dont have another vaginal infection".  and her mouth dropped. That smell was just healing smell and it went away after a week of taking 2 epsom salts baths.  Now i get that slight smell if i have been working out and again men LOVE THAT SMELLLLLLLLLLLLLL.  not the dead fish smell but the vaginal smell

What?  Who told you that?  After healing you will more or less have the same  smell as any other woman.

My ''smell'' is the same as any other womans. after surgery though with the packing in it smells REALLY BAD HAHA With old blood creeping out.  If your really worried use femina flora put it in at night and in the morning your vagina smells really good.

Really, how did you deduce that? I would think that because of the surgery, as well as the natural deficient between males and females in the genital region that trans girls would be significantly less sensate than most girls.
