I have heard canada will paY at least half of your srs surgery .how about that for keeping your citizens happy.In the states your ->-bleeped-<- out of luck

It depends on the province.  Most will pay for all of it.  Saskatchewan, I believe, only pays for a third.  I think Alberta has cut it off for anyone not already in the process.  All I know is mine is covered.
