So, i'm ftm.  And i still like boys.  But when i fall for a guy, i fall hard, straight or gay.  Today i got asked out by a straight boy, and said yes.  I'm really comfortable with him and i really like him, but i still don't know what i was thinking.  any advice?

Are you out to anyone? Have you started T or anything yet? Are you still presenting as an average straight female?

I am out to my two best friends.  They had no problem with calling me Kris.  And no, i dont' present myself as average straight female.  what is average anyway?

Oh, and i haven't started on T.  That wont come til after college when i can pay for it.

I figured you were younger and still presenting as a typical non trans girl. If you're already socially transitioning, you should be upfront with him. If you were ~14 and and not going to transition for years, then I would have said just go with the flow, have fun, if you're comfortable with it. Since you wouldn't be with this guy years from now anyway.

I'd like to go with the "run with it".
I know i should tell him, but i've got nine years of schooling to get through, and noone besides those two guys will know for a long time.  I can guarantee that.  plus, Cody is my first ever relationship.  It's be nice to know what it's like.  I can't just let him go like that.

I think you should be upfront. It's not fair for either of you otherwise. As it stands now he is a straight boy under the impression that he is dating a girl. You need to tell him the truth so that he can decide for him self whether he is comfortable with dating you as a boy. Maybe he'll be okay with it, maybe he won't. Besides, If he's not, then it's best to find out now, rather than have your heart crushed in two down the road once you've fallen madly in love with him (happened to when I came out to  my now ex-girlfriend.)

I'm sorry to be openly disagreeing, but I suggest you say as little as possible about yourself, in any regard.

Go and have some fun. Lots of us fall in love all the time and yes, it hurts like hell. But a bit of mystery makes you interesting.

I have also found that most guys, especially, are more interested in themselves than you. So, anything you come out and tell them is likely to bore them. Ask them about them.
