I'm so happy for you!!! And a little sad at the same time because of your son. I know it's hard. I've been married twice...the first time was hell and even worse because I couldn't see my child for 9 months.  It got better. I re-married and I have never been happier ( my wife is extremely supportive of my new self).  It's hard and sometimes scarey, but I think you are on the right track.
I'm not that far in to my HRT (around 4 months) but I can tell you that even without some of the difficulties you are experiencing I still get a little scared of the future.
I'm glad you are looking for the support you need. It makes a big difference.

You are actually a few months ahead of me.

Well, I'm not out of the house yet (one week to go) and not on HRT yet either (undetermined at this time)...

Hey Melody, just wanted to let you know I hadn't forgotten about trying to find out the differences but I got mixed answers. Feel free to come to any of the meetings though. I think from what I was told the first and third are full-time and the second is part-time, full time, cross-dressers, and so on. Like I said though feel free to go to the one on the first though because the meetings are all really very similar and it will give you a chance to get more info about the other meetings :)

Great! I will indeed go to the one on the first. Actually passed by the center last night to get a look at it as I was in the area having dinner at Dexters.

Can anyone tell me a little more about this Center in Orlando? I was finally able to dig up the website but there didn't seem to be very much information. Orlando is a bit of a drive for me but I think it would be worth it to find some actual safe community instead of sitting here alone all the time. It seems like a few people in this thread are regulars there so I thought someone could help me out. Would appreciate it!

Thank you KillBelle, that is very kind. I wish I could be half as pretty as you.

As for being positive and having courage, I am just like all of you. Today I burst out crying in the shower. All of us have our moments of strength and doubt. Sometimes we need support and sometimes we are the support.
