Yes, ok, that's why I stopped and deleted the other posts. I was just desperate to be able to contact someone as I just moved to Florida, am all alone and Susan's is literally my lifeline right now. I emailed Susan's address last night, and haven't heard back yet and figure she is a busy lady. I apologize and promise never to do it again.
My userid is xxxxxx. I am Melody Maia (she of the "Moved to Orlando...now what?" thread below). If you modify your profile with a new email address (in this case I mistakenly changed it to
xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com instead of
xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com which actually is my address), the system logs you out and sends a verification email to your new address. You are supposed to click on the link in your new email to verify it and then you can login to the system. However, since I don't actually own
xxxxxx@gmail.com (and yes, I did check if I could simply create that account in gmail and it is taken) I can never get the verification email. Without the verification email I can never log back into the system with my old userid to correct my email address as the system requires a verified account. So I am caught in a loop.
