Pot & HRT-Dangerous?

Quick question-is it dangerous to smoke pot/weed/etc while on estrodial and spiro? Not all of the time, just occasionally?

Yeah, it is. It's a blood vessel constrictor, so you're increasing your risk of stroke or a blood clot by smoking pot.
It also inhibits the action of hormones, so it's just generally not a good plan until you're well down your transition path, you're off AAs and you're on a maintenance dose of E.

Also you are taking in poisons from the smoke itself.  Which can cause you blood pressure to go wonky.  I recently quit smoking ( 19 days now ) and I feel better and the risks that Vexing mentioned are lessened.

Just don't do it.  Give yourself the best possible chance with HRT.
