Yeah, I know this is a silly topic, but I had to ask.  I'm in the habit of watching things that make me laugh in general, but I watched something tonight that really had me in tears.  I could feel the strain on the lower portion of my nose and I'm wondering if that will affect the final outcome.

No.

I did this too (laughing at my friends laughing at my swelling while we all laughed at movies and jokes) and I'm turning out fine.  Everything feels a little stretched and strained for the first few weeks, but don't fret - it shouldn't have any bearing on the outcome. (Heck, I couldn't stop messing with my nose, the one thing Mira warned me not to mess with, and I'm okay.  I think it's mostly a precautionary measure.)
