breasts are starting to seem higher?

it seems like they've elevated now. does this happen during development? also, my nipples are much more sensitive to temperature and touch. i'm starting to feel like i need a bra. when i'm cold, the nipples shrivel more than before, and then when i'm warm, they puff.

There may be a few similarities between different people's individual
developments but it will be more likely that your's will differ from anyone elses.
When I first started taking hormones and androgen blockers, my nipples swelled
and became sore within a week, a know-it-all "Old School ->-bleeped-<-" b----h had the nerve to tell me,
"That's impossible" as well as try to tell me that I didn't know what size pants, skirts and shoes I wore.
So as always, as with every other aspect of your transition, "Your mileage may vary"
