Can anyone refer a good doctor in US/CA that does trachea shave?

Hi guys, I am planning to get my trachea shave this year and wondering if you gals have any good reference on doctors that does this safely yet effectively (and affordable). I have consulted with a doc in beverly hills that will do it for $4000 which i think is too pricey. I also looked at the famous doctor in thailand Dr. C (something) and he charges $1800 (although i prefer to get it done in the US or CANADA)... Please help, thank you

There is a doctor Orisek here in norcal that did it on my friend for 1300 dollars. He did an AMAZING job, left little scarring and it didnt affect her immaculate voice. If you want his info you can just pm me. hope that helps!!
