CIGNA was named a Best Place to Work by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the nation's largest gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (GLBT) civil rights organization. A total of 142 companies were included in the annual list of the "Best Places to Work for GLBT Equality."
