In case anyone is looking for a therapist who is very familiar with trans issues, I am currently accepting new clients. My name is Trey Polesky, I am a Licensed Social Worker and a fully transitioned FTM. I run a private practice in Bloomington, IL and I also offer online therapy for clients who live out of town or out of state using Skype and chat.
Currently about 1/2 of my clients identify as transgender.
My rates are $45 for 45 minutes or $60 for 60 minutes. I do offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis and accept some insurance. Contact me for details at
