before some coupel of months am facing late periods problem with very little flow alto ugh i know am not pregnant coz am still virgin.

Late or few periods could mean a whole different slew of things unfortunately

You really need to visit a doctor if you are concerned or it's causing you a lot of pain as there are a lot of ways they can go about treating you, but sometimes it involves taking some type of hormone treatment.
