Looking at the magazine articles, they appear to be advertising features rather than reviews.

It seems this product combines heat with shaving. But it doesn't claim to be permanent. One article does say it takes time to see results.

I know little or nothing about the details of hair removal, so I can't say any more. But if you can spare the cash, it might be worth trying.
