Ok so we trans. In middle of trans where we have shoot and need surgery to get everything change to or gender. If we have to fill out medical form do we fill out our old gender or the one that going to be our gender. Will this void medical insurance? what to do? what to put?

I'm not sure I understand your post fully, but you have to be careful when it comes to medical insurance. Don't put down ANYTHING that changes your gender from F to M on medical insurance documents if you haven't had and still plan on having a hysto, especially if you want insurance to cover it for any reason. They won't cover a hysto for a male (even if he has the parts, even if he's got friggin cancer of said parts) if the form says he's male.

Let say you work and u got medical insurance. You have to fill out on the form. If you look at the form it ask for gender. Now if u have medical insurance before from same company as F do u write down M on the new one? ... I know what to do on this part.. do i put F or M... If they call me it will be hard to explain when they hear my voice. if i put F... But if i put M will they void my medical?

A lot of women have deep voices. And technically, medically, if you've still got the female parts you're still female bodied so you are totally allowed to put F. I don't think they'd void your insurance if you put M though technically you're supposed to put down any preexisting conditions (which GID is), though as I said putting down M is a rather permanent thing.

Not one of the questions I would wrry about.  If they ask your gender as of right now, it is male by record, thats why you are there in the first place.   You are there to achieve becoming female.  If they know you are TS though, it woldn't ruffle any eyebrows what you put.

mtf: if i'm living as female and have documentation in my new sex, i'll mark the F box.

ftm: if he's living as male and has documentation in his new sex, the M box will be the right one to choose.

I am male even though I have not yet had the final operation - whatever that is. My insurance has me written up as male. My identity document (I'm South African) states I am a male. I don't know however if I decide to get married whether it will be a normal heterosexual marriage or whether it would fall under the same sex civil union act which has just been passed.
