Someone please view it so that I can get some feedback,,,,strengths, weakness's. I would appreciate any feedback

Production values are much, much better. The only thing I would suggest is to try to bring the camera up a bit higher. Level with your head is always a more flattering angle. I put my laptop on books to achieve this. As for the rest, I list out topics I want to talk about and sometimes have several takes that I edit together, but you seemed to have done pretty well the way you did it. You seemed happier which also goes a long way and you have a very nice body! HRT is doing very well for you. I would point out that simply restricting calories without exercise will result in short term weight loss, but your body will adjust. Just something to keep in mind.
