Looking for some Remote assistance.

Hello

My name is Chris, Im from Hawaii, and I am looking to start HRT, I have an unfortunate problem though and that happens to be a lack of specialists on my island, or even in my state.

Does anyone know any firms or doctors willing to treat people remotely in Tandem with local Physicians? Preferably Not someone from the Us. as they tend to charge several times what there services are actually worth. I would prefer a Thai or Korean located Firm, but I am willing to entertain all options.

perhaps even a specialist in Hawaii though I have yet to find one sadly...

I think you want a therapist, then the  therapist will give you a letter that a physician can use to give you a prescription.
