Now i've been trying to decide which doctor to choose   and this is how it went :

Saran : cant give me length unless i have a colon thingy done which i dont want

Kamol : said ll need a skin graft

Suporn(cant afford) : promised he will magically give me length  which i do believe but cant afford unless i wait another year which is impossible,

Chettawut: said the same but the results on his site are not all great so im afraid he will mess me up

whoever you go to do not stand up and walk or move at all the first week. They want you to move for health but that moves or dislodges the surgery some while its trying to heal in place. I stayed in bed a week and still have the same depth after 14 yrs and barely ever dialating. People get up and walk because the DRs are worried for your health and not your depth. Most do not get embolisims from staying still. I also walked bent over for 4 weeks after surgery to keep from pulling it out of where it was placed. I also stayed in bed for 4 weeks but only got up to poop or pee. You want to let it heal in place as they did it the day of surgery. Do not move your body in any position that will cause the canal to pull out. That will give you the extra depth since you say your small. So many lose depth because they stand up erect and tall and proud wayyyy tooo sooon

thanks for the tr replays   i talked to all of them about using scrotal skin and will since im on hormones for soo so long it shrunk too they said ill need both scrotal and skin graft

Suporn uses scrotal skin to form the lining of the neovagina. A couple of good things I will say about his procedure, there's no chance of prolapse (where the canal basically turns itself inside out) and the aesthetics of his results are pretty awesome.

I went to dr Chettawut in December and I'm extremely happy with the results. Yeah I had 0 lenght too And I have 7.5 inches of depth now They use scrotal skin in Thailand, not penile skin.
Everything looks natural, I have no problems with orgasms and the depth is good so I would choose him again. (I could afford Suporn, but I just consider dr Chettawut a better surgeon, and I've been there before doing my facial surgeries with him )

I think results on his website are very objective, if you use anti-scar creams, hormone creams and then blend in your scars with a laser (AND SHAVE PUBES UGH) the new vagina will look beautiful =] So no worries hun, it's a great surgeon and he improved his technique last years amazingly.

People have told me Cheeawut was less expensive and very good.  I have read you can stretch the scrotal sac each day to maintain donor materials.  My donor materials have decreased in size over time from lack of use.
