Prayers do come true

Just spoke to my therapist (a new one that a sister recommended who has helped a lot of girls)(my guardian angel) who said that things are so severe and that my diagnois is TS the therapist will do what ever is needed to help me transition quickly.   Life just got better, Miracles do happen just believe.

   Having a professional acknowledge the severity of your condition is so validating.... You're on your way :-)

   Just don't go TOO quickly ;-)  There are miraculous things ahead! Be sure to take your time and experience them.

Thank you so much  I will take it slow Just starting HRT the right way and legal now I figure at least 12 months for hormones.
After the therapist called me I just sat down in the middle of an  empty living room and started sobbing  but tears of joy, excitement,anticipation, the feeling that for the first time in 48 years a doctor agreed that my body doesn't match who I am.
I am sorry for meandering.

Just breathe - remember (and I should take my own advice) that this whole thing is a process, and that this is just the very beginning of the rest of your life.

There's a lot more to this than putting the right chemicals in your body. You and society will have to find a way to co-exist (cold as it may be). May I suggest that you shift the focus of your therapy to growing as a woman? You may not NEED to, but it may help you get along in the odd in-between time.

OMG that sounded so cliche but so how I feel also I am not one to be political but please take a moment
and send an email to the president supporting the death of the defense of marriage act, thank God we have a
President who believes in doing the right thing.

Yep i can remember when my therapist diagnosed me finally after months of fighting with my parents, my ex-wife, my church....

It was finally starting to see some light in a dark dark closet
