Well I have started therapy which is not going great as the therapist is trying to cure me so far I have tried 3 therapist ugh.  I live in Southwest Florida which is a blessing but travel alot for work, I have 2 wonderful daughters that are tweens that hate the fact that their dad wants to become a whole person.  After 19 years of living a lie in a hetero marriage the divorce will be final this week, what a relief. 
I guess I am on the older side 48 but I couldn't continue with the physical body not matching who I was born as.
I will be asking alot of questions in regards to MTF.

19 years here too.  But thank the gods no children with this one.  I am also one of the older girls, I am 56 ( 57 in 24 days ).

Glad to see you have joined I'm from the central Florida area as well like Melody Maia. If you ever happen to make it to Orlando on one of the 1st 3 Tues. of the month there is a trans meeting at the GLBT center there. There is also one for transwomen specifically I think it is every Thursday not positive. Thank you so much for the kind words I work in the airline industry so you never know where I will visit.
I went to court this morning and the Judge was so kind and understanding and admonished the Ex for her
cruel and inhumane treatment actual said he considered it domestic violence under florida law.   I received
final decree no child support for next 5 years and no alimony either and joint custody every other weekend and
1 overnight a week plus every christmas, thanksgiving, spring break and 3 weeks in summer.  WOW I AM SO HAPPY.
The judge ordered her to undergo counseling and anger management....
