Hey, does anyone know if a FTM trans man can join the New Zealand Navy. I can't find any information about it.  I want to join the Navy after I've been on T for a while and had top surgery. I don't plan to have bottom surgery, so that might be a problem. I have heard that the NZ Navy is gay friendly, but like I said I can't find any information on whether trans men are allowed to serve, so if anyone knows anything, that would be much appreciated. Thanks.

According to the completely infallible reference wikipedia,

"In New Zealand it has been legal for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons to serve in the military since New Zealand's Human Rights Act 1993 ended most forms of employment discrimination against lesbians, gay men and bisexuals."

Though, I'd definitely have someone double check.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

A blah blog
