Taylor Mac's wise and all-encompassing cabaret has a very long name.

The Ziggy Stardust meets Tiny Tim Songbook, Or Comparison is Violence is a witty and tender look at our tendency to use comparison in a negative light, with a backdrop of rearranged David Bowie classics and Tiny Tim ditties.

The idea for the show was borne of a similar comparison. One reviewer's description of Mac as a combination of David Bowie and Tiny Tim catching on with lazy hacks and "piquing" the "ire" of this poignantly funny drag queen.
"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken." Oscar Wilde
