i mentiioned this in another thread i started but the topic has been broached (with prying from my therapist..it wasn't easy to get out). i am glad to start talking about it at least and will hopefully give me some peace and perspective on the issue..i will keep you all posted.

It's tough making that step isn't it? I hadn't gone into my last appt planning to either, but 10 minutes before the end I just blurted it out. I hope he realizes that's what the entire next session is going to be about! :P

I'll be curious to know how yours goes. :)
