I made this thread because I was curious of what you have achieved recently to make you feel proud of yourself for being able to do it.
My achievements have been able to do 4 lifting weighs with the weight in this thing where you sit on a chair and you have these handles to hold and you pull them up and down. (sorry don't know the name of it haha
)
My other achievements have been able to increase the weight of the leg press and getting haircut.
