For the hair, I found that switching to a more 'feminine' brand of shampoo changed the texture and thickness of my hair to it's state before T. So if that's bothering you, you could always try some different shampoos. Men's shampoo doesn't usually give as nice of a feel as women's, just something I noticed. I've been on T for almost 9 months myself, which includes 3 months where something was wrong with my T so I was either getting a very LOW dose or no dose at all because some changes began reversing. I can't really say 9 months anymore. However I've noticed quite a lot of the same changes. It depends on your genetics too though. I mean I got very nice belly hair now, and unfortunately chest hair coming in which I'll have to wax because I hate it, and I know for a fact I get that from my dad. I was always a little hairier in the leg department so that change didn't take long. I myself am growing some pretty nice facial hair already, but then again, all the men in my family don't seem to have any trouble growing it, except one uncle I never seen with facial hair.
Try not to worry to much about how long it takes, it's what I try to tell myself about my voice because it's not finished changing. Sometimes facial hair doesn't come in until after a year or two. I didn't really notice it until around 7-9 months. It's probably something you won't notice with your eyes at first, but you'll definitely begin to feel it, before anything else. I've also shaved 5/6 times since on T, random times during the nine months.
