T vs. Electrolysis (FtM)

My therapist and I were talking not too long ago and what to expect when I start T at the end of the month and over the next year+.  One of the items was the facial hair growth and then I admitted I don't know what to expect really because as a teenager my mom who got electrolysis on and off for years made some appointments for me.  She was so tired of having me bleach or shave hair on my upper lip and chin that she dragged me along with her.

My question is, has anybody experienced this same type of thing or know if having electrolysis approx. 25 years ago will matter or affect hair growth? I would like the option of having facial hair later on down the road but don't know if because of my past it would be possible without being spotty.
