Clothing companies.

Working in a clothing store I tend to see and notice more way clothing companies making certain clothing, compared to just being out shopping where you might tend to only check out clothing that looks good.  So far I've noticed, not completely sure yet. The Apt.9 company seems like clothing company to fit the male born androgynes that do not want to dress up in female clothing, yet seek a slightly feminine style.
     Though this company seems to go overboard with some shirts.(Having me sit and stare at a shirt for 5-10mins trying to figure out if it belonged in the mens department or was suppose to be in misses^^;; Such as one black shirt with alot of white little flowers all over it(Was kind of a yucky shirt) or the back shirt with 100-200 little tiny blue flowers. O_o They had some shirts that I thought was very nice. To bad I'm not bold enough to wear some just yet, I can't even actually fit anything from that department. ; ;
      Any other shoppers that check out clothing companies that are androgyne friendly?^^ I kind of find it interesting to see how many companies actually create styles for -EVERY- gender.^^ That actually might be a great idea if there isn't that many companies to make clothing like that.

I am a reseller of merchandise lots of clothing and have found that the best way to tell blouses from shirts is where the button are on the front of the clothing. If your look at a shirt from the front the buttons are on the left side, a blouse has buttons on the right side. If they don't have any buttons then I check for the size. A shirt usually has two sets of numbers and blouses one. But often blouse have size notated like Small - Medium - Large - XL - XXL and so forth and when that happens I usually compare the width between the shoulders to the width between my own. I know that I am a Large to XL in women's sizes, but in men's I'm a Medium size.

I thought it was usually the other way around.  A blouse comes in sizes specified by a number:  (i.e. 2, 4, 6, 10, 12, 14, 16, etc), and a shirt comes in sizes specified by a letter (i.e., S, M, L, XL), unless of course Jillieann is talking about the numbers on a man's shirt which are used to specifying the neck size of a man(i.e. 14 1/2, 16, 18 1/2 etc).  Recently, however, there are blouses out there that come in S, M, L, XL, 1X, 2X, 3X, etc.

I was think of long sleeve shirts which have a neck size and a sleeve lenght. Short sleeve shirts are different again. With blouse it's usually just one set of numbers.
I find very few mens shirts that are S, M, L, XL, ect. They usually have numbers like 16 32, 17 34, ect.

     Oh, I mean I can tell by looking at the sizes, just the style of them makes it seem like it is wrong dept.^^
