Hello Everyone.. I am a 23 y.o. Pre Op transsexual... I have been on HRT off and on for 1 year and on HRT daily for 6 months... My skin has softened, my body structures have feminized some, my complextion has lightened, I have gained some weight, and my hormone breast have grew to about a 32 AAA or 32 B .... I am getting to the point that I am about to start my cosmetic surgeries and I just wanted some advice because I am so indecisive! I must say that
I understand the process does not happen overnight, the changes dont appear in the am, and everything can not be corrected in one week!
I have saved up to begin my procedures and I have been going back and forth with what I want to begin with. Overall my goals are Facial Feminization with Rhinoplasty, Cheek Implants, Jaw & Chin redefinement; also Breast Augmentation and Hip Augmentation! The first procedures that I am planning to undergoe are Rhinoplasty, Cheek Augmentation & Breast Augmentation. I feel that most TS are always eager to grow breast to a comfortable size or get enhancement... I am trying to decide if I want to start with just Rhinoplasty and Cheek Augmentation or if I want to knock all three out and go for the Breast Augmentation with the first two procedures... I was curious to know other Transgender's opinion that have completed majority or all of their cosmetic procedures... Do you personally think I am doing too much at once to do ALL 3 and I should just start with the Nose and Cheeks or if 3 cosmetic procedures arent too much to begin with??? I also feel like sometimes one procedure on a part of the body isnt always enough for the desired look of an individual and I might possibly seek more than one "job" to a certain area.. so inside I feel like YEAH go ahead and knock out the 3 and then I debate am I doing to much for my first time enhancing my features.... so if you can give me any input I would appreciate it sincerely to discuss with other TS that are farther along in transition than I... hope to hear from some of you all.. xo xo
