From an official standpoint, I would probably have to say when I got stopped for a non-moving violation and the Trooper looked at my recently renewed license (name was the only change at the time, no court order was used- the new plastic was barely a week old) and pointed out that the clerk had made a mistake.  When I questioned what he was saying, he noted that the clerk had put an M on there and that I probably ought to go back to DPS and get them to change it...he said the citation he wrote would be enough to get them to fix it.  He was right.  That was 20-25 years ago...

Being called a "bitch" by angry customer.  Really happened to me.  Tried to explain to a customer why some was taken before him.  They were waiting longer.

He gets all bent out of shape and calls me a "bitch".  Two male customers came to protect me.  But the jerk left.

Doesn't it feel awesome in a weird sort of way?

I work in Mental Health. One night we had to seclude a man because he was being threatening. Afterwards I looked through the little seclusion room window and he said "You F-ing Bitch". I just started giggling. I don't think that was the reaction he expected at all.  >:-)

Then there was the time shortly before I started my transition that a man actually screamed and ran out of the bathroom because he thought he'd walked into the women's by mistake. that's when I started using the women's bathroom.

Had my Brother call me that, and Mommy junior, because my Mother and I are alike in so many ways.

Ma'amed in the drive trough. And men stumbling to open doors and yes the boob stare LOL

My "Miss" days are pretty much over, now it's Ma'am.

I even have young girls offer me a seat on the bus or train.

Where'd the years go?

you get totally ignored when sitting with a bunch of men....

Wait... This happened to me on June 5th actually. All but one of the male family members came and spoke to me as I was cooking.  Come to think of it, this has happened for quite a few years with most groups of men. Does that mean I've been passing all this time? Lol

Sorry, I know I'm just at the beginnings of my transition. But I had to checkmark that one :)

I once had a friend say "I know you're definitely a girl because you fight like one."  And she wasn't talking about physical fighting either.

I'm asked at job interviews if I'm pregnant or planning to be. LOL

even before I had my SRS (17years ago) I had to go to the tax office (19years ago) and was told that my husband had to meet personally and that I, his wife (age 27), couldn't meet instead off him. ROFL

You receive a letter a letter from your physician's office reminding you it's time for your cervical cancer screening with pap smear!

People look at you as you truly are and dont talk about your medical past?
Even in death, may I be triumphant.

You go to pet a neighbor's dog and it growls and snaps at you and they say "Oh, Sorry hon, he doesn't like women"
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Superficial fanny kissing friends are a dime a dozen, a TRUE FRIEND however is PRICELESS
