Mom doesn't accept me but Dad does.

I need advice.
I told my mom that i always felt that i was a boy just born in the wrong body.
She started to cry and said that if I were to change she wouldn't want me anymore.
I gave her a couple of months to get over this and then tried to talk about it again.
I got ignored.
So I gave up on her for a while and came out to my dad(they are separated)
He accepts me and will help me with changing and my surgery.
The only thing is He said if he does I can't talk to my mom anymore and if I do she won't want me anymore.
Its happened. My older brother wanted to be a girl.
I haven't seen him in years.
Hes not allowed in my moms house and they don't talk.
So any advice?

It's a similar situation with my family :/ But not so much the last bit.

Your dad is trying to emotionally blackmail you, You mustn't let him you mustn't let him drive you away from your mum unless you yourself don't want to wait for  your mother to come around anymore.
Presumably your dad won't reject you if you don't accept his offer he just won't actively assist you.

fyi My mother rejects my transition, 14 months later she still calls me "it" "he" and by my old name. What I find incredulous is when she berates other parents for rejecting there gay children. ¬.¬

Sadly these things happen. In the end it is your life and your decision. Other people cannot live it for you. Accept, move on and live.

Try and keep in contact at least by mail etc. She may come around sometime.

There's no need to live in a way you don't want to just so your mother will accept you.
She obviously doesn't accept who you really are so does it make a difference?

Yes, these kinds of things hurt especially from family but it's life. If your mother wanted what was best for you then she'd try to understand and support you rather than disown you.

You can either try to please her selfish and ignorant wants or you can live your life and be yourself.

You pick.
