Hi Alix, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 6400 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another brother. :icon_hug:

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

Hugs and Love,

I signed my soul away to uncle sam:( but I'm saving up the money here to start my transition so It's worth the hassle here and Germany is beautiful! and they said I get one plastic surgery free.. So i might try to get my top surgery haha.

and thank you! yeah I need somewhere I can talk to people if I have to bout this stuff... cause in the Army I'm like the only one I feel like that's this way.

Yeah, you can't talk to anyone in the Army about it. Even when Don't Ask Don't Tell dies this summer, transgendered service members are not off the hook. Transgender, genital surgery, etc are policy issues not related to DADT.

yeah it's hard. I have a few people here that totally support me tho they have my back when people try to start ->-bleeped-<-.. It's starting to be easy being gay here atleast at my unit. I'm in Germany so yeah, and the Germans help me out a ton with it. They don't judge me it's awesome.. but I wish I could serve my country and be who I am without having to be sent to mental health...

Hey Alix, welcome to the site.  From what I've heard, it can be really hard being trans in the army, but it's good to hear that you have some support at least.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love
