It has been going on the forth month taking hormones. I have the little pea size knots and breast tenderness. I was wondering how long before nipples began to dialate?

It's easier to change your sex and gender in Iran, than it is in the United States.  Way easier.

Please read my novel, Dragonfly and the Pack of Three, available on Amazon - and encourage your local library to buy it too! We need realistic portrayals of trans people in literature, for all our sakes

I heard about people using those snake bite kits, they creat a small amount of suction.
I live in Hawaii and I ordered one from the internet, we don't have snakes in Hawaii ;D
well I did try it out and my nipples were flat and now they stick out a bit, also I have not started HRT so I would hope they would get bigger with HRT but you never know.  Aloha.

I took hormones in my early 20's. I had some dialation than, but this time not so much. the doising is a little lower. I think that this could be the problem.

Don't get too hung up on this, there are plenty of cis women that only have small nipples.

It took a year or two for mine to grow..so be patient. Mine grew a little and are not as small as they used to be...my areola when from the size of quarters to the size of half dollars when they are relaxed...

if it makes you feel better, I was born female and my nipples aren't even pea sized, and the aureola is about the size of a dime.

pea sized nipples? O_o i didn't know they got much bigger then that on women outside of porn stars.

Have you tried vacuuming them with a funnel? I use a fitting that was part of a breast pump but I imagine most smallish funnels would work alright. After 10 minutes my nipples increase in size by 50%, to 3/8" at the base. They don't stay that large for very long, but I'm hoping this'll help them grow with time!

I've been on HT for 13 months; there was no development for about 3, followed by tenderness and sensitivity. I had some percievable growth by month 4. By month 13, I have reached a small "C" size (sizes?) The nipples have grown somewhat, and are certainly more prominent, The aureolas have grown about the same rate. I guess that's what we mean by "dilation"  here, though I've not heard the term used for nipple projection before.

Actually, rather than suction devices, I use the two-fingered adjustment per nipple method.  ::) I absolutely do so not at all because there might be some pleasure attached! It is more than "some". That would be wrong, however I try to be wrong as often as possible.  >:-)  Two benefits to this method!

Susan

Small "C" in 13 months, that's good development in my book.

Obviously Henry is OK with the process!
