It was September of 1996 when I first found Susan's Place. Of course, I was the only one in the world that felt this way, that wanted to be a woman since I could remember. And suddenly, there were others - thousands of people just like me! Talking with them, learning from them, saved my life.
I'm now 3 years post-op, I've found work again in my profession, and Life Is Good.
