Sports Pullover Binder Sizing Help

Hey, I've been shopping around for a binder lately and I found this one on Love Boat. It's the sports pullover short binder: http://www.lesloveboat.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=124 🔗

I'm 5'3" and weigh somewhere around 125 lbs. My chest is 33 inches and under my moobs my is 30 inches. According to their chart (http://www.lesloveboat.com/shop/sizechart.php 🔗) I should get a size medium, but it's nearly borderline to the small (about an inch off on the chest). I was wondering if anyone has experience with how accurate the sizing is on the site and if I would be better off getting a small or sticking with the medium. I'm leaning towards the medium but a bit worried that perhaps it might not flatten my chest enough or something.

(I have a habit of shying away from replying to posts, but I do read and appreciate all help!)

the sports pullover runs a little large and also it's not one that wears too tight. i think you'll be fine with the small. (i'm 5'11 and weigh around 130 and the small one was a little loose on me so i let in 2.5 inches.)
