I'm not a particularly good dancer, have no rhythym, but I did learn quickly when I took some lessons about 10 years ago. I'm 32 now, do any of you have recommendations on how to get started again? I'm 6' tall and finding an instructor who is taller is my preference... i'd also like to try ballet this summer, do they have regular lessons for middleaged women?
