I don't want to lose too much height. It took me a while by I'm comfortable with it now. I'm 5"8'.9 so I wouldn't mind being 5"8' exactly but no less than that. I do however hate my hands and my  size 11-12 in mens feet.I'm crossing my fingers.
Dear lady, I share your disfavor with hands and feet.  I wear a size 13 mens.  :o

I've played guitar for 33 years, it never changed anything about my hands

I have played for about that long too.  I do have crazy callouses on my fingers, and have to keep my nails shorter though.  As for shoe size, over two years I have gone from a women's 9 to 8 US.

I'd love to be down to an 8

Lol me too! I'm now 5'8" with a 33" leg

I'm 5'11" with a 31" leg... after seeing your measurements, I will never complain about my disproportional legs again.

Actually, my legs might be okay for my height, but my spine is so short because of curvature.  I'm very careful about my posture these days, but I tended to walk with a sulk as a child (probably the result of getting the crap beaten out of my at my dad's house on a regular basis).

I've seen Kristi play and she is wonderful. I'll be happy if I can get to a 9.

No change. HRT doesn't change the bone structure... maybe minor adjustments but definitely doesn't change much. Exceptions have been some people's feet and height, but it varies on the individual.

Now, only if they can come up with procedures to control bone formation, I'd be one happy lady... smaller hands, smaller feet, shorter, wider hips, and less broad shoulders.

I definitely lost at least a 1/2" on height, I'm not sure the exact because I never measured myself for years. 5'7" now

My feet have shrunk a little but not sure if its the hrt, I found I could wear a mens 7 before hrt just in wide. I'm now women's 8W or 8 1/2A. I'm fairly lucky its a common size for woman so plenty to choose from. Ya like I really need another pair ;) I actually see more woman shopping in the larger sizes when I'm shopping for shoes.

I definitely loss alot of muscle in chest area, not that I had much to start but I usually can wear small tops medium at most, it doesn't hurt that the BB's are on the small side.

Oh the hands 3" span don't think hrt changed that, I always had dinky hands for a guy, I now think there huge for womens, I wish they were be longer though.

Zoe for as big of hands you say you have I think they look great! :D

You don't sound overly "leggy" to me. My wife is an a ttractive woman and she is 5'10" and a 36" inseam. She's about 155-160 lbs and a size 7 or 8 and looks way better than most 41 year old women.

I on the other hand, am 5'10.5" and wear a 30" inseam which makes me very disproportionate with such a long torso which I REALLY hate. Leggy is MUCH more attractive than short legs long torso... I am lucky that I can wear a size 11 womens which a lot of stores carry, although it is usually the largest size and not a huge selection. I'm really hoping I can get down to a woens 10.

Well, there's hope. I'm 5' 11-99/100" tall ( I will not be a six foot woman!) 13 months on HT. My feet measure at size 11-1/2. Try and find that size - it's squeeze into 11s or try to find 12s. A real choice in that size, 3 or 4 pair maybe; usually they don't even carry higher than 11. Or e-buy, at exorbitant prices. I feel like my fingers have shrunk a bit and look more graceful; I used to think they were such sausages; they do look better now. Of course I look better overall now, comparatively speaking. My shoulders are definitely narrower - T-shirts that had the shoulder seams right at the top now have them 2 or 3 inches down the arm. According to measurements, the bulk from the shoulders moved directly to the breasts.  :D  A move in the right direction.

Bring on the redistribution!

Ah, how do you measure legs? Is there a section where we can make our "standards"? One of the measures I found was from the floor to hip, but as I came with 103cm (40.5") I found them disproportional to what you reported here (I am 5'8", 1.72m (battling with cm/in, heh)). The jeans inseam (skinny jeans) is 84cm (~33"). Or may my legs be really long? :)))))

PS: noticed I shrunk. Was to report 5'9" but that has changed also... Wearing ~7 1/2 US shoes (24.5cm) - was 25.5cm, US 9. Weird is, I already wore 26cm (US 9.5) someday, and that went to 25.5cm without HRT. Ah, I am 30. Happy that I am "leggier" (shrunk height, leg didn't change)!

Haven't noticed any of that, but I've only been on HRT for seven months (though only four of them really count).  Sure would be nice though since I'm quite disproportional!  5'11" with women's size 12 feet, a 6'8" armspan, and hands that can palm a basketball with ease.  Some shrinkage would be exquisite.  ;D

My goodness you're like a monkey with those arms!

I have a good answer for this because I recently bought unisex shoes, chuck taylor things, and they had men's size on the box with the women's.  Seeing that size, I was shocked at how much smaller my feet are than before.  2-3 size shrinkage.  I'll say closer to 2, just cause I know I used to buy shoes a bit big and I know these shoes run big.

My fingers haven't shrunk.  They're actually fatter than before, but then so is my body lol (cry) so I think they've just come with.

I may have shrunk a half inch, but certainly not enough when you're 6'2"+.  I need to lose inches like some of the other peeps I've heard of.

BTW nordstrom.com is a great place for larger shoes if you don't mind paying for quality, which I certainly don't.

Ugh... bad flashbacks to junior high when the other boys all called me "monkey arms" before pushing me down and kicking the crap out of me.  Sorry.

I also got a pair of Chucks this past Tuesday to replace my ratty old ones, and was saddened to see they had abandoned half sizes.  I was a perfect 9 1/2 mens (they ran a size down as I was 10 1/2 in any other shoe) and so I had to buy 10s that my feet swim in.  Not only that, but they make my feet look even bigger than before.  But I've worn Chucks since 6th grade and I simply wasn't going to stop now!  Definitely no foot shrinkage yet, as the size 9 didn't fit.

Oops sorry!   I didn't mean to dredge up bad memories for you.   It just reminded me of a friend of mine's wife who's hands came below her knees and she used to show off how long her arms were all the time lol.

My arms are almost as long as yours btw, but I'm a few inches taller.  Trust me, I would take your proportions in a heartbeat..
