I'm with Cindy on that one.
I have yet to see anything else that works. Rather stick to the genuine item as prescribed by your endo/doctor.

Ditto. I tried the phytos last year. They didn't do anything to my PSA levels, the saw palmetto was supposed to be a testosterone inhibiter, but actually jacked the PSA numbers up to a high of 5.8 ng/ml, well above the trigger numbers of 3.0-4.0 for a prostate cancer biopsy. The fenugreek tablets and salve only made my breast grow to a sub-A with massage applied. One of those herbs, or a combo, gave me a false hypothyroid indication and jacked-up my chloresterol numbers.
I just got my latest blood draw results today! After 5 months HRT, my PSA is at 0.8, the lowest since taking that test at age 52 (1.2 then). My thyroid and cholesterol numbers are now in the normal range, the liver is ok after taking all of that Spiro. This is after eating like a pig these past 5 months!
Herbs will cause some breast growth in some males, the other feminizing features are acquired only by the real thing.
I will reiterate this warning: DO NOT TAKE PHYTOS WHILE ON HRT! The phytos though weaker in action, will latch-on to the estrogen receptors more than the estrogen does. It may inhibit breast growth and other secondary features to appear.
