Really dumb question?

I asked a question here about problems I had with my op.  A forum member sent me a PM and I can't see any way of replying haha

Since I couldn't find the Reply button I chose New Message. Nope, not authorised to send messages. I tried clicking her profile - no authorisation.

What am I doing wrong

you need to have a certain post count to use that system (and get some other features). 15 i believe.

yes 15 posts are required.  You should be able to send them an email however.

So how does one reply to a PM from a member who doesn't list her email? Should I quickly do a dozen posts here?
