As far as the transportation issue is concerned - can you catch a bus? Many small towns are served by greyhound.

If you tell which city you will be headed to I suspect that there will be someone here that is familiar with that city and can tell you about cheap places to stay and employment opportunities.

You've heard of that old saying that the definition of insanity is to keep doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result to occur? YOU have to make this happen because no one else is going to do it for you.

To be completely honest I don't know what you expect any of us to say. All that you can do is empower yourself to change your situation. Find a way to get out of town, whether that's to get an orchiectomy or to move. Unless you take the initiative to change your situation, it will not change. You cannot expect anyone to accept you. I had to come to that realization, and once you do it's just icing on the cake when somebody does. Expect the worst, hope for the best.
