So, I've been taking these supplements for a month now. Thyroid support, magnesium, B6, zinc every day and then add in milk thistle & DHEA every other day. And there's a lot of conflicting info out there about DHEA. It's either horrible stuff or it does nothing at all? Well, in the last couple of weeks I've had a lot of zits. Every time one goes away, a new one pops up somewhere. Nothing else seems to have happened, except that I noticed I haven't had any cramps in a while now. I used to have menstrual cramps like all the time, even when not on my period. It just occurred to me this morning that hey, I haven't had cramps in a long time now! But the zits are most noticeable. Last night, it was my boyfriend who said to me that the only cause for zits is T. And he has no idea that there's supposedly a slight chance that taking DHEA could end up as T because I didn't tell him that part. (

) ha ha. So I wonder, have I got a little T going on in me?

And I may have lost a couple of inches around the waist. Nothing noticeable at my size, but my shorts are falling off me.
