"While I appreciate all of the support, I am setting the record straight: I am a heterosexual woman, who happened to have born intersex, and yes, I did have a transsexual medical condition, yet that has been treated and corrected. I urgently ask the gay and transgender communities to stop inaccurately identifying me as "transgender" because this falsehood is continuing to make my battle even more difficult."

I remain hopeful that this means she has also realized her legal team may not truly have had Nikki's best interests at heart.  She never should have been treated as a cause but rather should have been treated as an INDIVIDUAL CLIENT with an estate-related issue that arose following a tragic personal loss...

Everyone seems to have their own definition of what half the labels you see floating around actually mean. I'm not surprised that there is so much confusion and misrepresentation. If those that go through it cant even agree then how can you convince or explain it to the general public ...... who most struggle to even open a bag of crisps let alone learn new words that are over ten characters.
Nikki it's great that you are stepping up and defining and educating to help the country understand your case better so they can help and understand your situation well enough to see the truth.

I think I would have been asking the Judge for a suppression order on names, for personal privacy and security reasons. (Especially where she lives).
