Apparently these people are "special" because they can park in front of the store in the fire zone and stare in everyones face who comes out of the store.I want to find a womens store that sells bricks also.So the next hairy eyeball on me while leaving the store will only see a brick hurling toward their windshield

You could always call the local council parking inspector and get tham a free ticket to the Penalty Office! :police:

We have a similar problem with people who seem to think they can park on double yellow lines, (no parking areas), holding up log lines of traffic.

The really annoying thing about these people is there is never a warden around, but just you or I, even sneeze in one of these areas.
