How can I deepen my voice? I can't start Testosterone yet, since I haven't seen a gender therapist, due to financial problems.
I absolutely loathe my feminine voice, and wish it was more masculine.
Does anyone have any tips/videos/links on how to do this?
My voice bugs me so much, that I get angry/upset, especially when I sing or am really happy. My voice tends to be even higher then.
Please help. D:
Thanks.

I have similar issues with money, and other things. I play around with my voice sometimes, similar to how MTFs do. I find all of my normal sounding 'levels' of voice, and usually drop it one below the normal voice (which for me is a little deep to begin with). The only disadvantages to this are that 1 it makes my throat sore/ makes me lose my voice, and 2 is really hard to train yourself to do.

There are a couple of threads on this, but I'm not sure where. You might try an advanced search and limit it to certain forums. But you might have to get lucky with the search terms.

Some of the best advice I can give you actually has nothing to do with how deep your voice is, but to learn to actually talk "like a guy".  Even deep voiced FTMs still sound female when they talk the way women do (passive voice, sing song pitch).  I'm not trying to be harsh, MTFs are guilty of the same...

Deep voice is important, but how you talk is important too.

Is there an informed consent clinic in your area, or within driving distance? Because there really is no substitute for T...except maybe surgery!

These threads might help, for starters:

You can try out , but remember that it takes a while.

You don't have to read the whole thing, but http://transhealth.vch.ca/resources/library/tcpdocs/guidelines-speech.pdf has a lot of helpful tips for voice.

I'm not sure if it's been mentioned, but speaking from your chest instead of your throat really helps to masculinize the voice. If you can put your hand on your chest while speaking and feel some vibration it's probably a bit deeper. If your voice if slightly grainy/sounds like you have a cold or like you're a smoker, that also helps. I started doing these exercises a couple of years ago, and my voice passes the majority of the time.

Just as a warning, boom your voice video is something that can make your voice lower but it also can/will damage your vocal cords.

Edit to add: I would say speaking to a vocal coach is your best bet. It's mostly about the ups and downs to your voice that provides a male voice. I remember there was one voice coach that works with trans men and can point out how to talk more male.
