Just remember that cyberskin is very porous.  Bacteria can grow in it easily.  Washing with antibacterial soap after use is a good idea.  Also, it's best to wear a condom with cyberskin (or any sex toy).

An alternative is silicone.  It's very safe to use and lasts a lot longer.  Silicone can be boiled or put in the dishwasher to sterilize.  Still need a condom though.  Vixskin is a good brand of silicone dildos.  They are more expensive than your average cyberskin dildo though.
