Today Sevan and I saw our gender therapist.
In the middle of the session she asked us 'why do you keep coming here? I usually only see people who are not well'. Neither Sevan or I could find a real reason. The rest of the session was just the 3 of us catching up. She let the wall of therapist and client fall and we swapped stories for the last half of the visit. It was obvious that we would not return for any future visits, her work was done. When we left we parted with hugs and we did not schedule another follow up.
Anyways her name is Kate Robbins (I forget what letters go after her name). She is totally qualified to work with the gender diverse and LBG communities. She wrote my HRT and SRS letters. If you are in the Spokane, Washington area and need a gender therapist she is a good choice.

Anyways it seems I have come to the end of a chapter of my life. Next, too mature into a woman and move forward too the next chapters.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

How well I remember my last visit with my therapist.  It was bitter sweet.  I did see him one last time when he wrote my SRS letter.

This was how my entire year on hormones before surgery went with my therapist.  She said to me she just didn't need me to keep coming to see her if all we were doing was catch-up talk.  I only saw my primary therapist all of maybe 5 times before surgery.
