WHARTON, Texas -- While waiting for a Wharton County judge to rule on the validity of her marriage to a Wharton County firefighter, transgender widow Nikki Araguz was arrested and posted bond last week on an unrelated felony charge of theft.

For everyone else, there IS more to the story than the media is letting on.  I am not really at liberty to say much else other than to volunteer that the media account is not an accurate depiction of the pending charge.  This case will NOT see a trial docket.
